From Monday 2nd July to Friday 6th July we are holding activities designed to help pupils and staff improve their well-being. We are sharing ways to eat and act in ways that are good for your body and your mind. So far we have been on a beach clean and held sponsored events to help our community as often our own wellbeing is improved when we help others. We have also learnt about healthy eating with a smoothy workshop and a free fruit stall. In addition we have tried to keep our bodies healthy by completing a mile a day and carrying out yoga and enjoyed a visit from a musician to lift our mood.
