Friday was the last day at work for Mikey, our crossing patrol officer. He is heading of to new adventures in England. He is going to be missed by children, parents and staff. We had a special assembly to wish him luck and presented him with a Three Legs of Man clock and a picture of Andreas.

Remembrance 2018

Mr Tim Baker, MHK, came to present the WW1 commemorative coins to the children. After the presentation we went outside and, after a 2 minutes silence, we scattered some poppies as an act of remembrance.

Year 2/3 Tag Rugby Competition

Free fruit for school

Last Friday, Utmost Wealth donated a selection of free fruit to our school. It promoted great discussion around healthy life styles and the need for "five a day." Some children (and staff) tried fruit they had never tried before.

Whole School Trip 2018

We all headed to Ramsey on 16th July for our annual whole school trip. The children signed up for activities they wanted to participate in. Choices included tennis, crown green bowls, visits to the RNLI and the Grove Museum, Isle of Play activities and health trails.
